Dan Marcucci is a landscape planner, educator, and writer, who enjoys a peripatetic lifestyle, but resides in Pennsylvania at the moment. He chronicles the landscapes he explores on his blog, Lay of the Landscape (layofthelandscape.com). He trained in landscape architecture and regional planning and has taught at various colleges for twenty years. Currently he teaches in the Master of Natural Resources program at Virginia Tech.
