Anna Grear is Professor of Law and Theory at Cardiff School of Law and Politics in the United Kingdom. She has a particular interest in the relationship between human rights and “the environment,” locating these in relation to contemporary globalization and a concern with the implications of lively materiality and the need for a new way of looking at “who’s here.”
