Bruce Jennings appointed Bioethics Center Scholar at Yale University

July 18th, 2009

Bruce Jennings, CHN Director of Bioethics, has been appointed as a Scholar at the Yale Bioethics Center for the 2009-2010 academic year. This will facilitate a closer working relationship between CHN and faculty from Yale University, including the Bioethics Center, the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and the School of Public Health. Jennings has served as a lecturer at the Yale School of Public Health since 1996, where he teaches a course on ethical issues in public health. This year CHN, Yale, and the New School will be collaborating on a project concerning ecological economics and democratic governance, under the auspices of CHN’s Humans, Nature, and Democracy project.
