Andrew Yang explores the dynamics of nature/culture through a transdisciplinary art and research practice. He has a PhD in ecology and evolution from Duke University and an MFA in visual arts from Lesley University College of Art and Design. His artwork has been exhibited internationally, including projects for BankART NYK in Yokohama, Japan and the Worldly House at dOCUMENTA (13) in Kassel, Germany; and his writing and biological research have appeared in journals such as Current Biology, Leonardo, and Gastronomica.
